very happy with my experience - staff was attentive, food was delish, drinks were fast, genuinely cannot say a bad word. I was there during tube strikes and they allowed us to stay in our seats after the canteen has closed. Genuinely loved it thank you!

London Transport Museum Canteen is a lovely place with unique style and friendly staff. Kid and family friendly. It provides toilet facilities. Cool fact: this place named after the static and mobile canteens that used to cater for London Transport workers during the 1940s and 1950s and celebrates London Transport's design legacy with moquette seats, posters and maps plus real tiles, seats and signs reclaimed from the Underground. Canteen is open to the public as well as Museum visitors for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as snacks, pre-theatre dining, nibbles or just drinks at the bar. I had a very nice hot chocolate that I heartly recommend! Good to know: you can only leave tip in cash at the bar's tip jar.

A very good sausage butty to be had here. A little pricy but it is in Covent Garden.
